You will have to do much less work than an Excel user to correctly format your file with Numbers. Or you can use the File > Open feature within Numbers. It should open automatically after you export it. The exported e-ZGrades file can easily be opened in Numbers. Using Numbers on the Mac: Numbers, part of the iWork suite of software, is the spreadsheet program many Mac users use rather than MS Excel. ![]() If you do not do so, it is suggested that you add a HEADER to the grade sheet with pertinent information, such as Instructor Name, Class Title, Class Number, Term, etc. Sending to A&R: Send the file as an e-mail attachment to Felicia Jefferson at A&R prefers that you send the file from your LBCC e-mail address. Grade Sheet Title: The Grade Sheet will automatically be created with a title, such as: Grade_Sheet_ 22222_Spring_2012.xls However, you can also export to Excel and send the resulting sheet to Admissions & Records at the end of every semester.
